An e-Commerce Distributor is seeking a Sales Manager.
This position will lead and expand the sales team, motivate and coach employees to approach new markets and clients, develop and maintain beneficial working relationships with key accounts, and aid in attaining the full growth potential of the company.
Lead and manage an outside and inside sales team, which includes:
Design and implement company sales strategy and policy; ensure maximum company growth potential is recognized and achieved.
Train and coach employees in sales processes and best sales business practices to achieve optimal team results.
Set sales goals, organize incentives and motivate sales team to ensure premium efforts and results.
Assign duties and responsibilities.
Network, communicate, obtain leads and new accounts.
Interface with Customers: ensure customer satisfaction, intervene with negotiations and close deals when necessary.
Remain informed of market trends: proactive in predicting customer needs.
Ensure cohesive and productive sales team atmosphere.
Conduct performance reviews.
Hire new team members: conduct interviews, background checks, Etc.
Terminate employees when necessary.
Minimum 3 years of experience in hands-on Sales.
