Operations Analyst

Aventail Capital Group, a midtown NYC based investment management firm, is looking for an Operations Analyst to support both the investment and business team. The ideal candidate will help to solidify and enhance the team-oriented culture of the firm.

This individual will be responsible for a myriad of tasks, including performance analysis and reporting; ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) data collection, analysis, and reporting; certain financial operations including accounts payable; and various administrative and office duties. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with demonstrated initiative, independence, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. Aventail is a close-knit group looking for a team player. This role will work closely with the entire team, including the Principals.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Available to work on site in midtown office;
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Organization and acute attention to accuracy and detail are essential.

This is an entry level position that includes training and the base salary is 60k.
