North American Director of Marketing
Position Overview
The North American Director of Marketing is responsible for supporting the North American recruitment team, both on the ground and digitally. Reports to the North American COO and works on an intimate local team as well as a wider global team. Able to think creatively, collaborate cross-departmentally, and work independently.
Responsibilities:
Support North American recruiters with all marketing needs (i.e. event promotion, leads engagement initiatives, recruitment, etc.)
Support North American partnerships team by developing content marketing strategies to increase success between Masa and partner organizations
Work with global marketing team to build strong marketing campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and strategic partnerships
Write and create: marketing collateral (one-pagers, brochures, flyers, posters) website, blogs, email campaigns, social media posts, video scripts, ads, landing pages
Design marketing collateral, email campaigns, and event promotional material (both printed and digital) when needed
Contribute to global content creation and marketing strategies, including email communication, advertisements, social media strategy, product messaging, customized marketing collateral, and more
Work to grow brand awareness through digital partnerships, social media collaborations, podcast sponsorships, and more
Lead English-language messaging strategy (includes US, CAN, UK, AUS)
Manage an external PR team to create event coverage, op-eds, and advertisements in publications across North America
Develop and manage new projects to elevate the Masa brand
Experience requirements:
3+ years marketing experience, preferably in a Jewish/Israeli organization
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills (must include strong portfolio)
Experience leading freelance designers and copywriters
Experience with Canva/design tools
Strong understanding of marketing software, Salesforce, HTML, and social media platforms
Proficiency with project management tools
Analytical thinker with the ability to track and report on performance of all marketing campaigns
Must be able to work effectively within both the North American and global teams
Self-starter who can multitask, learn quickly, and create strategic initiatives
Hebrew speaker - Advantage
This position will be required to travel locally and national for the company
