Job description / responsibilities:
• New workstation setups
• IT inventory management
o Keeping inventory neat and organized
o Keeping track of items needed to order
• Remote/phone support for our clients
o Initial triage
o Basic troubleshooting of client’s issues
o Remotely access PC and resolve issues
o Provide basic end user instruction if necessary
• User password resets
• Ticket Dispatching
o Assign tickets to proper technicians
• ID Card/Door Access card creation
• Occasional on-site work at clients
