Head of Investor Relations

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Investor Relations who will be a foundational member of Pagaya’s rapidly
growing team. You will be a strategic partner and bring strong relationships from the investment
community to the executive leadership team. This role is for someone who enjoys being challenged and
will thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. You will work directly with senior leaders
including CEO, CFO and Head of Strategy, and other key stakeholders across the business, finance and
communications functions at Pagaya. You will be an integral part of Pagaya’s growth strategy and enable
business leaders to scale our technology, expand existing markets, and build new strategies. Pagaya is in
the process of going public through a SPAC merger, anticipated closing in Q1 2022. Initial responsibilities
will include leading investor outreach to ensure strong sponsorship from leading public investors.

Responsibilities
 Develop and execute an Investor Relations strategic plan that ensures fair valuation of the company, supports the growth strategy, and strengthens external stakeholders’ understanding of
Pagaya

 Lead the earnings process and investor marketing, analyze peers and industry trends, work with
proxy voting counterparts and help management to understand the perceptions of the value
drivers of the business

 Develop scripts, talking points, presentations and other communications strategies and materials that clearly illustrate the Company’s investment thesis, strategy, and performance

 Handle day-to-day inquiries from investors and analysts, ensuring that information provided follows the Company’s messaging as well as applicable rules and regulations

 Serve as the Company's liaison to investors and analysts; provide timely, accurate and consistent responses to inquiries. Able to develop networks of strong, trusted relationships with institutional
investors, key retail investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders

 Plan, coordinate and participate in roadshows, investor conferences, one on one meetings, and conference calls with senior management, investors, and analysts

 Collaborate with external investor relations agencies to monitor analyst coverage and investment research on the Company and competitors, as well as the broader industry

Requirements​
 Public company or pubic markets experience in investor relations, equity research in Tech / Fintech or operational finance (e.g., Controller, FP&A). Prior experiences in fintech / tech is a plus

 Demonstrated experience interacting with C-suite Executives, Board of Directors, investors, and various stakeholders in a publicly listed company environment

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to give timely and meaningful counsel to senior management

 Strong ability to convey strategic and financial messages in written materials, financial models, and data analysis

 Intimately familiar with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors

 Experienced with reporting, financial disclosures, quarterly releases, and the regulatory
landscape

 Clear and effective organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills

 A blend of curiosity, analytical thinking, creativity, adaptability, and a relentlessness to drive projects to completion

 Proactive, solutions-first thinker who is action-oriented and continuously seeks process improvements
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities while staying flexible, organized, and humble along the way
