Responsibilities:

• Create effective patient care strategies
• Design & implement operational processes
• Research & create new clinical procedures
• Review, revise and develop clinical policies
• Oversee and ensure QA meetings are held on a quarterly basis
• Work with COO to develop appropriate metrics
• All other duties as directed by executive management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in a clinical executive management role
• NY RN license
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing
• Proven problem solving and decision making skills
• Meticulous, attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to direct, coach and mentor staff of minimally 5-10 direct reports
