This individual will be responsible for preparation, analysis, and reporting of all financial and transactional affairs. Applicant should have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, 2-3 years public accounting experience in the real estate industry with an emphasis on retail/office/industrial assets as well, the ability to be innovative and entrepreneurial when approaching projects, tasks, and interactions.
