We have been engaged to assist our client, Qlik, in their search for a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Headquartered in King of Prussia, PA, Qlik is a private equity owned, SaaS company that provides an end-to-end, real-time data integration and analytics cloud platform to close the gaps between data, insights, and action. Qlik helps enterprises around the world move faster, work smarter, and lead the way forward with an end-to-end solution for getting value out of data.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President of FP&A will be a key member of the Qlik Global Finance Leadership Team and be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, financial performance management and analysis, and management reporting processes and activity for the Company. The Vice President of FP&A will be an essential contributor to growth strategies, tactics and long-range planning, ensuring that current revenue-generating strategies create enterprise value. The Company is seeking a hands-on leader with strong financial acumen who is ambitious and eager to contribute within a fast-paced, growth-focused organization. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years progressive finance experience. Candidates will have a degree in finance or related discipline; MBA is preferred.

Compensation will include a base salary commensurate with experience plus participation in the company’s management incentive plan, including cash bonus and equity.
