Responsible for:

1. Manage a team of about 35 employees servicing over 1000 clients.

2. Create systems and workflows that assure efficiencies and success of the program.

3. responsible for training, retaining staff,

4. To assure individuals are satisfied with services and that the rights of the individuals are protected

5. To assess and ensure top quality of services to the individuals.

6. Build a positive work environment and improve employee morale

Requirements for applicants:

1. Experience as a team leader, training and managing staff, maintaining a stable and happy team.

2. Driven and passionate about servicing individuals with special needs.

3. Ability to focus on detail, to be able to complete tasks and follow through.

4. Organized and with excellent written and verbal communication skills

5. Healthcare or administrative background
