H Equities is seeking an originator/analyst to underwrite senior and mezzanine loans, preferred equity investments, and multifamily, industrial and retail acquisitions.

Candidate must be able to:

-research target markets, rental and sales comps, local zoning and rent stabilized laws.

-understand all facets of the capital stack.

-prepare investment models with financing options, GP/LP pref and promote waterfalls, A/B or senior/mezz structures etc.

-draft deal summaries and offering memorandums for partners and investors.

-help manage the DD and deal closing process, with lenders, investors, brokers, partners, documentation etc.

-construction/ renovation experience a plus.

-deal origination experience a definite plus with participation TBD.
