Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Admin
Client is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Admin to join their team in Montvale, New Jersey. You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for the company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Maintain Company QBO file, including A/R and A/P.
• Manage A/P, including paying bills, ordering supplies, vendor liaison, and assistance on various projects.
• Responsible for administrative functions of the firm
• Maintaining our tax and accounting database
• Electronic filing of tax returns
Client Service Coordinator:
• Obtaining, reviewing, checking, and scanning client documents
• Communicating with clients
• Expert in QuickBooks and Excel
• We are a very computerized firm. You must be computer savvy and be able to quickly learn new software.
• Excellent English – both written and spoken.
