E-Com / Marketing Manager
Family-Owned garment manufacturer located steps from Penn Station is seeking a Manager to run their in-house Marketing and E-commerce team.
This person will be responsible for the online store including the advertising strategy as well as assisting with back-office retail marketing. This person will manage a team of 3 staff.
Manage E-commerce site:
Ensure product detail information accuracy, including copywriting, image selection, and sizing guides.
Liaise with outside developer for any site maintenance.
Manage and update large database of products SKUs and inventory.
Oversee platform and user experience including sourcing reviews.
Grow & maintain the customer database.
Manage E-com associates.
Develop & Manage E-com Marketing Strategy:
Work with Design and Sales team to come up with digital marketing campaigns.
Managing Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, Email, CRM strategy.
Develop, setup launch and optimize email campaigns.
Prepare weekly site analytics and analysis for Executive review.
Manage photo shoots to create assets for products and ads.
Manage ecom costs and assist in creating sales goals and driving sales performance online.
In House Marketing:
Manage In-House graphic designer to ensure image library is maintained for wholesale product catalog.
Oversee design of in-house email templates and online advertisements.
4+ years Ecommerce related work experience.
3+ years’ experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager/Power Editor, AdWords, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, data-driven and have experience with web site design.
Excellent management skills and the ability to lead a team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Social Media savvy.
Is a self-starter who can work well under minimal supervision.
Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
