Customer Service/ Production person needed for growing custom packaging company. The applicant will be the liaison between sales and clients updating clients with job status, delivery dates, communicating with the client about files and any other aspects necessary to produce the product. The applicant will receive orders from sales, write up jobs, follow the job through the shop, invoice the project and make sure the project is completed on time and to the highest quality standards possible. The applicant needs to be a good communicator, team player, and able to take the ball and run with it without having their hand held. The applicant must be detail orientated, on time, and dedicated to the product and the team. Also having experience in the printing business and computer knowledge is needed.

Hours are 9 to 6:00
