A Medical Billing Company is seeking an experienced and qualified Accounts Payable & Payroll Manager within the medical billing field. The right candidate will develop the AP department and build their own team.

This position entails ensuring informational accuracy and correct procedural adherence, contact with vendors, conflict resolution, ensuring timely payments are posted, overseeing payroll efforts, confirming exactitude and timely distribution and other related duties.

Requirements:
3 years of related work experience.
Knowledge of finance and collections, preferably within the medical field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build a team, establish policy, and oversee daily operations.
Highly motivated, efficient, and detail oriented.
Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.
Professional and personable manner with strong leadership abilities.
